On Wednesday 8th July the Royal County travelled to Keynsham to play Somerset.
Another blue sky day for Bowls and the lovely air conditioned club house was a welcome retreat from the heat.
Free tea and £1 rolls only added to the fantastic hospitality.
A ‘Hydration break’ was very welcome after 9 ends as were the ice Lollies!
In the match the Royal County proved dominant winning on all six rinks.
The meal after was plentiful with lots of Potato and Ham for those requiring it. Hope we get to play there again
