On Saturday 9th May the Royal County entertained Bowls Herefordshire at Lambourn Bowls Club. A beautiful sunny day for the most part, played on a new green that all at Lambourn are working hard to create. The hospitality at Lambourn was fantastic with drinks and biscuits being available during the game, appreciated by both counties.

On Wednesday 6th May the Royal County travelled to Sherbourne Bowls Club to play Bowls Dorset. Another great green to play on especially this early in the season and the weather stayed dry and sunny for most of the game. All were treated to Shepherds Pie and a choice of deserts and we were supported

On Saturday 2nd May the Royal County travelled to Andover Bowls Club to play Bowls Hampshire. The green was in very good condition and the match started in dry and warm conditions. However, the weather turned about half way through resulting in the Presidents agreeing to shorten the match to 14 ends! Afterwards the players

On Saturday 25th April the Royal County played host to Bowls Hertfordshire in the first Inter County Match of the 2026 season. The match was played on a lovely surface at Bracknell  on a beautiful warm day with clear blue skies and plenty of watching supporters. (dare I say almost a crowd).  After the match
